Our charges1st stage: Review of the publication. First of all, submit one sample chapter via email or icq. Nil charge. Our editorial staff will be able to gain from this whether or not the writing style is such as would fit into our range and/or audience. 2nd stage: If approved, we will contact you to supply a copy of the whole manuscript. This can be sent by post or by e-mail or FTP if you have it on your computer (full instructions will be given). £25 charge for the reading and production of a detailed reader's report. 3rd stage: If acceptable for publication, the cost will be a shared one. This usually entails a charge to yourself. As a rough guide, a short story will cost a further £25 (£50 in total). A full-length novel will be around £200 (see "The Andromeda Burn" by Lee Edgar. An illustrated guide book with an unlimited number of full-colour photographs would cost from £300 (see "Two Wheels on a Tin Road" by Leon Oldbury). Payments may be spread over a period of up to twelve months (no interest charges). |
