| Why the nickname "Virgin Princess"?
When I first started modeling in 1998, I was still a virgin and Sarah means "princess" in Hebrew.
It was never intended to be controversial, but I used to be the butt of many jokes that someone modeling in the nude could be a virgin. Not all models, not even all porn models, are sluts.
How long were you modeling?
Not long, really. The nudity didn't bother me because as a family we had been naturists. And I was so darn skinny that none of the boys gave me a second look. Only dirty old men ogled me as a teenager.
I got a lucky break when I was made Penthouse Pet in 1999, under the stage name Leah. After that, the offers flooded in from ALS where I appeared as Joanne. The biggest break which was a lot of fun was to star as "Victoria Knight - Saviour of the Universe" in a spoof sci-fi comic book series which took most of a year to take. I worked with a lot of cool people.
I was extremely reluctant to get into any form of hard-core and preferred messing around with other girls. I'm probably a little bi.

| You live in Spain now?
Yep - amazing place. All the climate and advantages of California without the noise and smog.
I inherited a travel management business from my gran who was a Duchess with a castle beside Loch Lomond in Scotland.
The business was pretty run down due to lack of investment from the directors. So I took it over, sacked almost everyone and made fresh relationships in banking and investments. People ask me what I do and when I say that I run hotels and holiday resorts, they want to start booking rooms. But I don't do that. My company, Hayward Holdings, does not own any property (except for the castle which is now run by the National Trust as a hostel). It merely finds people with money to spend and then located existing properties and businesses and we manage and run it on their behalf. Tourism and Timeshare is big business these days and investors like to feel that they are dealing with a reputable company. |

| Have you been hit by the financial downturn?
No, not hit as such, because it is not our money. However, I do feel a responsibility to keep ahead of the game and do the best I can under the circumstances. Unlike many traditional holiday set-ups, timeshare and holiday leasing is long term and not thrown off course by temporary blips in the market.
We run properties all over Spain and Andorra so when one resort is "down" another is "up". Andorra is currently down despite the snowiest winter in years. But Salou and La Manga are up. Investors often put their money across the board rather than on one location. It's kinda like spreading your bets. Club La Dorada in Spain and Andorra helps them to do this.
Do you ever see your husband these days?
No, not for over five years now. Mat and I met in Benidorm, at karaoke of all things. He was a timeshare salesman and I was hiring. He worked for me, we fell in love, we got married, he got restless and buggered off. Not an uncommon tale.
I am not actively looking again. I believe love will happen if and when it's meant to happen. In the meantime, I'm enjoying life.
