This movie was done more or less as a joke. I knew I was going to fuck the guy right from the start.

Of course, I was not as naive as I appeared to be. But then this is not real, it's the movies.

It was also the first time that I realised that to sell to a US audience, we have to be American. Many Americans do have this thing that if it is good, it just HAS to come from America. Hence the American accent and my reference to being a "dirty California girl".
